Delivery, Returns, Refunds & Cancellation

Cheesy1 uses national couriers to send goods and the ability to collect in-store from Harveys of Hythe.           When placing the order please select which option you would like to you for this to your order. Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email followed by an email with tracking or collection details.             Please allow 1 working day before a collection and please allow up to 7 days for a delivery. There maybe times where circumstances beyond our control mean my mean a delay but we will keep this to a minimum and cannot control issues when using a courier service. 

If however you live in an SO45, SO41 OR SO40 postcode area we can offer delivery for £5. When placing an order please add a note to the order stating 'Delivery' along with the full address. We will then contact you to organise the delivery of your order.

Unfortunately there maybe times where we either cannot accommodate a delivery or there maybe a delay.    Once again we will do our utmost to keep delays & disruption to a minimum.  

We are currently only shipping within the UK. Please note UK Delivery is only valid for deliveries to the UK mainland and also excludes deliveries to the Scottish Highlands. We are currently unable to deliver to Northern Ireland due to new export restrictions relating to food. There are some places we simply can't get to or may take longer than a day and will cost more for delivery. If you live in the UK Highlands or Islands, or in a particularly remote location then an additional delivery charge and longer delivery time may apply. You will either be notified of any additional charge when you go to checkout or there will be further contact. 

At Cheesy1 we want our Customers to be happy with the products they purchase and to enjoy them at the best quality possible. Sometimes this may not be the case so if you have changed your mind about a purchase, are dissatisfied with a product, or need help please either call us on 02380844644 or email jhb.cheese@gmail.com as soon as convenient.

For a refund or return you must contact Cheesy1 within 24 hours of any problem with your collected/ delivered order. Do not return the goods to us – Cheesy1 will organise the return of the goods so they can be inspected. Once inspected we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns of perishable items (such as cheese, cakes etc.) are normally only accepted if the goods are found to be damaged during delivery to you. If Cheesy1 accepts the return, and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

If you wish to cancel an order you have made, please contact Cheesy1 immediately. It may not be possible to accept cancellation of orders for perishable items because cutting & packing starts as soon as the order is received. If Cheesy1 accepts the cancellation of your order, and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
